You want your gear. We get it.

We know that once you click "Order," the hardest part is the wait. Here is exactly how we get your Moku Grid gear from our warehouse to your desk.

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States (48 contiguous states). Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We keep it simple. No complicated calculators.

  • Orders over $50: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $4.95.

3. The Timeline (How long will it take?)

Because we obsess over quality control, we don't just throw things in a box. Here is the breakdown:

Phase 1: Processing (1 - 3 Business Days)

  • This is when we verify your order, quality check the items, and pack them securely.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Phase 2: Transit (7 - 12 Business Days)

  • Once handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), this is the estimated travel time to your doorstep.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time. (e.g., You can expect your package in about 8 to 15 business days total).

4. Order Tracking

We don't leave you in the dark.

  • As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

5. Wrong Address?

If you made a typo in your address, please email us at support@mokugrid.com immediately (within 2 hours). Once the package has left our facility, we cannot change the destination.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Moku Grid is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. However, we are humans, not robots. If this happens, email us, and we will do our best to help you file a claim or find a solution.
